24/7 Consultancy is a Melbourne based consultancy business with affiliations with security firms and training organizations across Australia for all security operations and training solutions.
24/7 is privately owned and operated by David Rossborough, one of Victoria’s leading fully licensed security consultants and a qualified security trainer. Recognized as one of the industries most qualified and experienced Security Risk Management Operatives with a wealth of knowledge and experiences gained over his 14 year career within the security industry having worked in a number of high profile roles and positions, including 7 years within industry training including international bodyguarding, firearms and defensive tactics.
Having maintained a long affiliation and employment with GTV-9 (Channel 9) Melbourne working within the security division, David has been a source of information and expert opinions in relation to security operations, use of force justifications and firearm related topics and has appeared on both the National Nine News and ACA programs.
With enhanced subject knowledge of the security industry for training purposes, David continuing to work within security operations, corporate protection, risk management, bodyguarding, armed services, investigations, surveillance and industry training on a weekly bases representing a number of professional Security Companies to maintain current operational procedures and techniques in minimising risks and emergency incident response.
During his career, David has also maintained a 13 year affiliation with the International Bodyguard Association and currently holds the position of National Director for Australia.
As well as holding national qualifications as a workplace trainer and assessor, David holds three international instructor qualifications. Firstly from the International Bodyguard Association (IBA) as a certified international Bodyguard instructor and secondly two from ASP as an International Baton and Handcuffing instructor.
