Certificate III in Security Operations ( Armed Guard / Cash-in-Transit ) training course, CODE ONE has made application to
become an accredited private training provider for the Certificate III in Security Operations training course in the specialist
areas of Armed Guard, Cash-in-Transit and Bodyguard Licensing. Our application to deliver the new upgrade program is under construction and review by LSD and we will

Security Officer’s already trained in the safe and effective use of a Firearm, Baton and Handcuffing Techniques, Defensive
Tactics and Cash-in-Transit safe loading and unloading procedures.
The nationally accredited Firearms training course includes studies
in the law relating to justification of use of force, powers of arrest and the three justifications for the use of a firearm
and most importantly an extensive insight into firearm safety procedures and a lot, lot more. Also, you will undertake
a thrilling practical assessment in the safe and effective use of a firearm, including the use of security industry approved
revolvers, semi-automatic handguns and security shotguns on a Police approved firing range.
All the training courses are conducted by David F. Rossborough,
one of Victoria’s leading Firearm and Defensive Tactics Instructor’s. David has a wealth of knowledge and
experiences gained over his 10 year career within the security industry having worked in a number of high profile roles and
positions. David is recognized as one of the industries most qualified and experienced Security Risk Management Operatives
and continues to work within Corporate Protection, Risk Management, Bodyguarding, Armed Services, Investigations and Surveillance
adding to his training requirements for CODE ONE. David also instructs for the Australian Institute of Public
Safety (AIPS) where he assists in the delivery of the Certificate II and III in Security Operations packages.
Between 2006-07 David was responsible for the firearms, Cash-in-Transit
and Armed Robbery Procedures training packages for 700+ security personnel from LINFOX-ARMAGUARD, our largest Cash-in-Transit
company in Victoria
and now bring that extensive knowledge, experiences and techniques to CODE ONE.
